## Updates

* Samuel Leathers, the chair, proposed a motion to re-assign Romain's Pellerin voting seat due to lack of participation
  * The Voting seats present, Kyle Solomon and Juan Sierra, approved
* The secretary opened the internal election of 3 interim voting seats to cover the role until the April election
  * Candidates could have been:
    1. proposed by voting seats
    2. SMEs who have been actively participating (you can also put yourself forward)
    3. anyone who was voted in the previous election but was not elected can put themselves forward (the next 4 candidates were Mark Byers, Ben Hart, Phil Lewis, Navjit Dhaliwal)
  * Ben Hart, being already part of two committees decided not to be considered as a candidate&#x20;
  * Alexandre Maaza, Zachary Soesbee, James Meidinger have been proposed as Candidates, and all voting seats approved for them to be interim voting seats
* The committee tested and approved the first version of the survey to collect insights for the long term Cardano Vision&#x20;
