* The secretary, Chair and Vice-chair provided an update on Singapore, Osaka, Tokyo workshops
* The committee reviewed and approved latest changes to vision and staretgy coming from Asia workshops in preparation for Barcelona workshop
* The secretary gave an overview of Product Committee SoW for the DRep approved budget
* The secretary gave a reminder of election dates and encouraged people to apply and nominate
