  * **Election application deadline update**
    * The Secretary reminded the Committee that election applications close on 17 April and that voting is scheduled to begin on 20 April.
  * **Product Committee community session and X Space updates**
    * The Secretary provided an update on upcoming community engagement activities, including a Product Committee session and an X Space for prospective candidates.
  * **Candidate recommendations**
    * The Secretary encouraged members to recommend suitable candidates and noted that three candidates had applied at the time of the meeting.
* **Review KPI feedback from the Technical Steering Committee**
  * **Review proposed core KPIs and adjustments**
    * The Committee reviewed TSC recommendations including protocol revenue, Plutus fees created, chain density and total value locked as proposed core KPIs and discussed their rationale and targets.
  * **Review proposed additional and alternative KPIs**
    * The Committee discussed additional KPI proposals, including measures of business activity, chain reliability, adoption and user-focused metrics, and considered how these could complement existing indicators.
  * **Agree feedback for TSC**
    * The Committee agreed to continue the KPI review within the dedicated Product Committee–TSC working session and provide further comments on the document before final feedback is submitted.
* **Review product research initiative**
  * **Progress update on research knowledge base and question analysis**
    * The Committee reviewed progress on the product research initiative, including creation of a knowledge base, mapping research questions against Strategy 2030, identifying overlaps, and developing a prioritisation framework for future initiatives.
* **BuilderDAO alignment**
  * **Share BuilderDAO progress and approach**
    * The Committee received an overview of BuilderDAO processes, including member onboarding, treasury withdrawal proposals and KPI tracking for funded projects.
  * **Discuss alignment with Product Committee objectives and KPIs**
    * The Committee discussed alignment between BuilderDAO project KPIs and the Product Committee’s ecosystem objectives and agreed that a dedicated future session would be valuable.
