  * **Ecosystem Funding Working Group update**
    * The Committee received an update that the Ecosystem Funding Working Group had recently hosted presentations and continues to focus on improving ecosystem coordination.
  * **CPC budget update**
    * The Secretary informed the Committee that board approval had been received for the budget proposal process and that preparation for submission would begin through the budgeting tooling.
  * **Committee elections update**
    * The Secretary reminded members that election applications would close on 17 April and encouraged members to recommend qualified candidates for open committee seats.
* **BuilderDAO update and alignment**
  * **Review BuilderDAO progress**
    * The Committee received a presentation from Justin Schreiner on BuilderDAO, including lessons learned from treasury-funded initiatives and the proposed Initiative DAO framework.
  * **Discuss governance framework and alignment with Product Committee objectives**
    * The Committee discussed DAO governance, accountability, membership requirements, KPI reporting, DRep oversight, legal structures, and alignment with Cardano Strategy 2030 KPIs.
* **Business Development Working Group**
  * **Review current status and coordination considerations**
    * The Secretary noted that there may be overlap between the Business Development Working Group and existing committee activities and that further discussion would take place in a future session.
* **Paris Blockchain Week**
  * **Discuss community engagement activities and coordination**
    * The Committee noted that several members were attending Paris Blockchain Week and that follow-up would be needed regarding any related community engagement activities.
* **Review KPI feedback from the Technical Steering Committee**
  * **Review proposed core KPIs and adjustments**
    * No discussion for this topic was held.
  * **Review proposed additional and alternative KPIs**
    * No discussion for this topic was held.
  * **Review proposed changes against current KPI status**
    * The Secretary reminded members of the dedicated Product Committee–TSC KPI review session scheduled later that day and referenced the ongoing review document.
  * **Agree feedback for TSC**
    * The Committee agreed to continue KPI discussions during the dedicated joint session with TSC rather than during the current meeting.
